Jira integration
In the workspace editor you can connect the open canvas to a Jira site, and to Confluence as well, by entering your email and an access credential. The connection belongs to that project: each canvas talks only to the Jira site assigned to it, and credentials from one project never reach another.
Once connected, Nina and the agents in that canvas can operate the board on request: list what is open, create a bug, move a ticket between columns or look up a Confluence page. Without a connection, the integration does not appear anywhere in the app.
The board inside the canvas
The Jira panel, opened from search with ⌘K or by voice, shows the project board next to the agents, with columns in the same order defined in Jira. Cards display labels, story points, parent ticket and assignee.
Dragging a card between columns changes its status right away. You can also reorder within a column, filter by assignee, type or text, switch boards from the header selector, and create an issue without leaving the screen.
Sending tickets to agents
Drag a card onto an agent, or use the send option in the card menu, and the ticket becomes a mention in that conversation. The agent then sees the full description and comments of the issue.
Ticket detail
Clicking a card opens the complete ticket: formatted description, labels, story points, parent ticket, attachments and comments with images. From the same screen you can change the status, comment, edit the title and description, and attach files, always within your Jira permissions.
Changes made in the detail view appear on the board immediately. Links are highlighted and can be opened in a browser inside the canvas or in your default Mac browser.
