Audio options for screen recording

The recording area now has an audio control. The Single audio track option, which is the default, combines app sound and microphone into one track. The resulting video plays with sound anywhere, including WhatsApp and mobile phones.

The Separate tracks option keeps both tracks independent, so voice and system volume can be adjusted later in an editing program.
