Updates jump to the latest version

Updates postponed because agents were working no longer block further checks. Previously the app stopped looking for new releases and offered only the version immediately after the installed one, requiring a restart at each step.

It now waits while agents are working and checks again afterwards. When an update is offered, it is always the most recent one available.
