Calendar and task list
Settings now includes an Integrations tab, and the first integration is the Mac calendar, with the accounts already configured there: iCloud, Google and Exchange. The app only reads the calendar and never writes to it.
You choose which calendars are included and, item by item, which details of an event are available to the assistant: title, location, agenda, invitees and meeting link. Without the connection, the calendar does not appear anywhere in the app.
Events on the home screen
The home screen shows the day in order: past events are dimmed, the current one is highlighted, and the next one shows how long is left. Meetings with a link can be joined right there, and clicking a row shows location, agenda and who has accepted.
Meeting alert
A few minutes before the start time, a card offers to join the call, inside the canvas or in your default browser. It stays until you join, dismiss it or the meeting ends. Cancellations and time changes are announced as well.
Meeting mode
During a meeting the app suspends speech, on-screen alerts and automatic microphone activation. Joining a call turns the mode on automatically, and a badge in the bar lets you leave it. Afterwards, the canvas reports how many alerts arrived during that time and what is still pending. If the canvas arranges panels automatically, the call gets the focus; with manual arrangements nothing is moved.
Calendar by voice
The assistant answers questions about the next meeting, its subject and its participants, and joins the call on request. When you say you are joining a meeting, it goes quiet on its own. The morning summary now includes the day's events in the same sentence.
Per-project task list
Each canvas has its own list: record what needs to be done, mark what is in progress, and complete items. Each entry keeps its due date, comments and the full history of changes, with the name of whoever performed each action, including agents and the tool they used. Removed items go to the trash and can be restored with one click.
Agents and tasks
When you ask for something already on the list, the agent finds the task, marks it as started, completes it at the end and describes what was done. The assistant also creates, completes and queries tasks by voice, including across all projects at once.
Due dates and daily summary
Each due date is announced one hour before, thirty minutes before, and at the deadline, once each. On the first launch of the day, the app presents what is pending. In Settings → Tasks you choose the format: the system voice, the natural voice, the assistant (which opens the conversation and the microphone and waits for your reply), the on-screen card only, or no alert at all.
Agents interrupted by the provider
When a response is cut off by a provider failure, the agent's panel turns red and an alert stays visible until the service recovers. The canvas asks the agent to continue and reports what happened, so it can check what was left incomplete before redoing anything.
Each retry waits longer than the previous one, capped at five minutes. If the provider reports an outage, the canvas waits for the service to return and resumes the agent as soon as it does. Errors that retrying cannot fix, such as a rejected credential or an unavailable model, are reported as such. A switch in Settings decides whether recovery is automatic or requires your confirmation, and the alert can also be handled by voice.
Failure log
Settings → Diagnostics keeps a weekly log: how many interruptions each provider caused, why, and how many were resolved automatically. The canvas uses that log during the same day: if the provider has already interrupted other agents, the wait before the first retry starts longer.
Codex agents
The assistant can now read the content of Codex agent conversations, both what was asked and what was answered, and the panel card shows the same information as for other agents.
Accounts per agent
In the same repository you can have one agent on one account and another on a different one, each with its own login, limit and cost. If you change nothing, every agent stays on the project account.
The new agent button now asks for the tool and the account whenever there is more than one option, and the assistant states which account the agent was created on. Switching the account of an agent or of the whole project keeps the conversation, with a prior confirmation about carrying it over. Removing an account in use shows which agents depend on it and offers to move them to the default account.
Fixes
Projects in folders with spaces, accents or parentheses in the name, and projects on a Desktop synced by iCloud, reopen with the full agent conversation again. Conversations lost for that reason are recovered on the first launch, with nothing to reconfigure. Changing the project folder now warns beforehand which conversations cannot be carried over and why. Agents that fail to start report the reason instead of staying silent.
Work areas remember which area each panel was in, including minimized media. The scroll wheel scrolls the panel under the cursor again, with zoom in empty space or with ⌘ and the trackpad gesture. Pasting with ⌘V now targets the agent under the cursor, images included. The app also keeps a copy of your projects at every update.
